VPPower & ViewPoint

Since 2013, Medas has been the official distributor for Italy of GE Healthcare’s ViewPoint6 solution, the system for the reporting of ultrasound examinations of various specialties (including obstetrics and gynecology, cardiology).

ViewPoint6 allows you to manage all patient information, exam results and ultrasound images to produce structured digital reports, while also offering advanced image review functions and post-processing ultrasound volume tools.

The ease of its use allows for rapid and accurate diagnostic reporting with standardized terminology, thus offering the possibility of optimizing efficiency and quality in daily operations.

To allow ViewPoint to integrate with Hospital Information Systems (MPI, CUP, ADT, etc), Medas has designed and developed ViewPointPower. ViewPointPower is a practical and flexible solution that allows you to simplify workflows, keep data securely and digitally manage document outcomes. Specifically, ViewPointPower allows the management of patient records, orders and reporting of the services provided by ViewPoint, the signature of the documents produced in different ways, the creation of cancellation and replacement versions and finally their sending to external systems for archiving.
