Ethics and responsibility are two of the values that underlie the daily business that the Company carries out.
“Being responsible” for Medas is a condition to be constantly pursued, together with operating correctly and transparently. This is what is required of all those who work on behalf of the Company: to behave in accordance with the principles of fairness and to ensure compliance with these principles.
In order to demonstrate its integrity and responsibility, Medas has adopted the Organizational Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 in compliance with current legislation on the administrative liability of companies for crimes committed by top management or by employees or collaborators in the interest or advantage of the company itself (Article 11 of Law 300 of 29 September 2000).
The Model prepared by Medas is based on a structured and organic system of procedures and control activities that allow it to operate in the manner described above.
